This ODR relates to obtaining
permission to process an order to create a section of public
footpath in the parish of St Bees as shown on the attached
plan.
 
Recommendation to
the Assistant Director
 
That the Assistant Director
authorises the Chief Legal Officer to make an order under Section
26 of the Highways Act 1980 to create public footpath no 423020 in
the parish of St Bees as shown A-B-C-D-E-F on the attached order
plan and in the event no objections are made to the order, that the
Chief Legal Officer be authorised to confirm the order.
