This paper seeks
permission to:
 
1.1       
Commence a procurement via mini competition under the Care and
Support in Extra Care Housing Framework to deliver the care and
support service at Duddon Mews, for a 2-year term commencing 2nd
May 2024. With two potential 12-month extensions (a maximum term of
4 years). The estimated maximum total value of the spend based on
current support needs is approximately £1,219,008.94 (this
includes estimated inflationary uplifts over the maximum 4-year
term).

Authorise the delegation of the decision to award the contract
(following the initial tender exercise) to the Director of Adult
Social Care & Housing.
