This paper seeks permission to:
 
Commence a procurement via mini competition
under the Care and Support in Extra Care Housing Framework to
deliver the care and support service at Burnside Court, for a
2-year term commencing 1st April 2024. With two potential 12 month
extensions (a maximum term of 4 years).
 
Authorise the delegation of the decision to
award the contract (following the initial tender exercise) to the
Director of Adult Social Care & Housing.
