To use the legacy policy for enforced sales
adopted in 2018 under Carlisle City Council to enable the enforced
sale procedure to be used to recover debts incurred by the Council
on an empty property in the Carlisle locality. Reference Number
002690, this is an agreed exception to policy in that the debt does
not exceed £1,000.
