This report seeks approval to award a construction contract for
the demolition of the redundant 1970’s Pools building
Carlisle as part of the Carlisle Station Gateway
project.
It
is recommended that Eric Wright Civil Engineering are awarded a
contract for the demolition of the 1970’s Pools building,
Carlisle. The contract sum is £1,322,361.80.
