Following the decision of the
Cumberland Executive, on 25 April 2023, not to proceed with the
swimming pool at the Wave Centre, Maryport, due to increasing
revenue costs, approval is required to submit a Project Adjustment
Request (PAR) for the Future High Streets Fund programme in
Maryport (further detail is included in section 3. Background.)
Strategic Programme Panel (SPP) on 28 July were supportive of
submitting the PAR to DLUHC.
 
Decision taken:
Approval to submit the Project Adjustment Request is
granted.
