issue with this site, this site has been over developed.

Cllr Higgs in Feb 2023.
 
The Parish Council originally objected to the
application but their latest response states:
 
When the original application was received,
there had been no response from Highways. Highways have now
responded to say they are happy with the proposed visibility splays
and access. The committee therefore does not object, provided the
recommendations made by Highways are met.
 
Cllr Dobson has objected to the
application as County Councillor for Corby and Hayton
