Make amendments to committee membership and
outside representation under delegated authority.
 

Alternative options considered

To take any changes to full Council.
 
Risks
 
Not having appointments to Committees would
inhibit decision making. Failure to adhere to the rules around
political proportionality would mean that the Council was not
operating according to the law and would open decisions to
challenge.
