under the express authorisation delegated to relevant officers in
accordance with the Council’s policy requirements.

Reasons for the decision

The decisions are made
in line with statutory guidance in exercising the Council’s
functions under Part 7 of the Housing Act 1996 (as amended); the
Homelessness Act 2002; and the Homelessness Reduction Act
2017.
 

Alternative options considered

Individual assessments
of need and vulnerability are considered on a case by case basis to
inform decision making.
