The Cumberland Local Development Scheme for
the period March 2024- March 2027, appended to this report, is
adopted and replaces the Allerdale Borough Council LDS March 2022,
Carlisle City Council LDS June 2019, Copeland Borough Council July
2022 and Cumbria Minerals and Waste LDS October 2022 (in respect to
the Cumberland Local Planning Authority area) The Cumberland LDS
will come into effect from the date of this decision.
