Purpose

Agree the structure of a procurement for a four-year period for domestic garden waste from domestic properties. This will be awarded in two lots:

1 – Arrangements to provide treatment via composting to serve the Moresby (Whitehaven) and Solway (Workington) operational depots

2 – Arrangements to provide treatment via composting to serve the Bousteads Grassing (Carlisle) operational depot

That the award of the contract be delegated to the Director of Place and Economy.
