To delegate executive functions relating to
the Public Rights of Way to the Lake District National Park
Authority final terms to be agreed by Assistant Director of
Neighbourhoods following consultation with the Portfolio Holder of
Sustainable, Resilient and Connected Places.
 
To recommend to Council that the non-executive
functions relating to the Public Rights of Way are delegated to the
Lake District National Park Authority on terms to be agreed by
Assistant Director of Neighbourhoods following consultation with
the Portfolio Holder of Sustainable, Resilient and Connected
Places.
