Permission to procure a strategic partner for
three phases of work (including two optional phases) with a
collective value up to £3 million:
 
•Phase 1: Discovery
•Optional Phase 2: Implementation
•Optional Phase 3: Optimisation
 
Delegated permission to award for the first
stage to Jo Atkinson, Director of Business Transformation and
Change. Permission to award for Phase 2 and Phase 3 will be sought
when and if required.
