Planning Committee authorised the Assistant
Director of Thriving Place and Investment with delegated powers to
grant the application subject to the completion of a S106 and the
conditions as set out in the Planning Committee report. If the S106
legal agreement is not signed the Assistant Director of Thriving
Place and Investment, the committee authorised delegated powers to
issue refusal.
