Planning Committee authorised the Assistant
Director of Thriving Place and Investment with delegated powers to
grant the application subject to the completion of a S106
agreement, a satisfactory nutrient mitigation scheme and subject to
the conditions as set out in the Planning Committee report
including an additional condition relating to the location of the
landscaping buffer. If the S106 legal agreement is not signed or a
satisfactory nutrient mitigation scheme submitted the Assistant
Director of Thriving Place and Investment, the committee authorised
delegated powers to issue refusal.
