This paper seeks approval to enter in to the
second stage of a Design and Build (D&B) contract with Thomas
Armstrong Construction Ltd to deliver the Maryport FHSF –
Harbour project. The cost of the contract is £728,546.00.
 
It is recommended that the Director of
Business Transformation and Change approves the contract award to
Thomas Armstrong Construction Ltd and in consultation with the s151
officer agrees the final terms of the contract once necessary
consents and approvals are in place.
