The Assistant Director authorises the Chief
Legal Officer to make an order under Section 119 of the Highways
Act 1980 to divert sections of public bridleway no 410099 in the
parish of Haile & Wilton as shown A-B to a new route shown
A-C-D on the attached plan 1 and as shown E-F to a new route shown
E-F on the attached order plan 2 and in the event no objections are
made to the order, that the Chief Legal Officer be authorised to
confirm the order.
