The report requests permission to commence a
Regulated Procurement exercise for an open procurement for the
provision of Specialist Overnight Short Breaks for children with
disabilities at The Elms short breaks facility, commencing 01
February 2025, for an initial term of 12 months, with two optional
extensions of up to 12 months each, up to a maximum value of
£1,568,893.65.
 
It is also seeks permission to delegate the
award of the contact, following the competitive process, to the
Director of Children and Family Wellbeing.
