PLC to procure the GARTAN Availability, Pay Allowance and
Roster suite of modules using the Software Products and Associated
Services (Ref: Y23065) Framework, established by Kent County
Council via Procurement Services. The contract will be awarded via
direct call off for a minimum period of 36 months (from 1st
September 2024) with an option to extend for a further 12
months giving a total potential contract length of 48
months.
The total contract value for the mandatory
36-month period is £227,551.05. If the
additional 12-month extension was to be invoked at the end
of the mandatory term this would bring the total contract value for
the 48-month period to £307,996.88.
