To accept a grant award of £350,000 from
Sellafield Ltd as a contribution to the delivery of an enhanced
events space as part of the redevelopment of the Carlton, Senhouse
Street, Maryport.

Reasons for the decision

To enable the Carlton project to be delivered
and the project objectives realised.
 

Alternative options considered

Not to accept the grant – this would
prejudice the delivery of the project.
