This paper seeks authorisation from the Leader
of the Council, Cllr. Mark Fryer, to:
 

·      
procure a construction contract for the refurbishment of the PEC
Phase 3 building in Cleator Moor via a mini competition under the
Westmorland and Furness Capital works Framework agreement Lot 1B or
via an Open advertisement of the contract in accordance with the
Regulations;
 

·      
delegate the award of the contract to the Director of Business
Transformation and Change.
