To award the contract for the Stray Dog
Service, with effect 1st October 2024, for the provision of kennel
services required by the statutory function of stray dog service.
The contract length is 12 months with 2x 12 month optional
extensions available upon review.
 
The award of the contract is as follows:

To award Biggards Dog Kennels the Carlisle lot £88,764.80 per
annum, total contract value £266,294.40

·      
To award Whinmill Farm the Copeland lot £45,000.00 per annum,
total contract value £135,000

·      
To award Whinmill Farm the Allerdale lot £65,000.00 per
annum, total contract value £195,000
