Permission to procure and source a provider to
deliver an Advocacy Hub that meets all the Councils statutory
advocacy obligations by open advertisement. The contract term will
be for three years with one potential 12-month extension and will
commence on 1st February 2025. The estimated annual
contract value is £0.363m. The contract will be subject to an
annual uplift in line with CPI (as measured in September of the
previous year). The estimated maximum contract value is
£1,564,933 over the 4-year term (3+1.)
 
Delegate the award of the contract for a new
Advocacy service provider to the Director of Adult Social Care
& Housing following the tender exercise.
