Planning Committee authorised the Head of
Development Management delegated powers to grant the application
subject to a satisfactory S106 legal agreement and the conditions
set out in the planning committee report. Members also recommended
that the Highways Board look into reducing the speed limit to 30mph
to the roundabout and the inclusion of an informative relating to
the height of letter boxes.
