This paper recommends that the Director
– Business Transformation and Change approves a decision to
award a new contract for the Corporate Managed Multi-Function
Device (MFD) Solution for Cumberland Council.
 
It is recommended that the contract will be
awarded to Kyocera for a period of two years with an optional
extension of up to a further twelve months, commencing
1st February 2025., The total contract value is
£379,116.16 (excluding VAT), which equates to
£126,372.05 average per annum.
