To enter into a Deed of Indemnity with
Oblik Productions Limited (the
Applicant) in support of a Temporary Closure Order proposed to be
made under S.16A Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (the Order) to
facilitate the holding of entertainment in the form of filming
along the C4004 Cold Fell, Uldale, and
to enable members of the public to watch (the Event) which is
proposed to take place on either 11th, 12th
or 13th December 2024 and only as and when the
appropriate traffic signs are displayed.

A copy of the Indemnity is attached as
Appendix 2.
