Licensing and Health and Safety Enforcement Sub-Committee

This sub-committee, made up of six members, handles specific licensing and health and safety enforcement functions delegated by the main Licensing and Health and Safety Enforcement Committee. It determines applications, sets conditions for authorisations, and considers exemptions from council policies. Its remit includes matters governed by the Licensing Act 2003 and the Gambling Act 2005, excluding those already delegated to the Licensing of Alcohol and Gambling Sub Committee.
