Purpose

The Council has been working with 31Ten as
part of MHCLGs PropTech programme.
The Council has received grant funding as part of the new round of
PropTech, and it is therefore recommended that the appointment of
31Ten be extended.
Extending the appointment of 31Ten will allow us to further develop
the viability tool in support of the Strategic Asset Review (SAR),
the Investment Partnership (IP), and replace the Housing
Development Teams existing viability tool.
