Decision

1. Cabinet agreed that the Interim Plan
be submitted to the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and
Local Government and delegate’s authority to the Leader of
the Council to make any further changes required post Cabinet and
pre-submission following consultation with Group
Leaders.

2. Cabinet agreed that the decision is
urgent and not subject to call-in.

3. Cabinet noted that the Mayor has
agreed that the decision is reasonable in all the circumstances and
has agreed that it shall be treated as an urgent
decision.
