Purpose

Decision: Extend the current contract with InPhase until 18th February 2026.

Reason: Extending to February 2026 will enable us to develop an alternative solution to Performance report which will increase efficiency and produce a saving.

Background: InPhase is the system that is used to manage and report on Performance and Risk. This requires manual inputting of data from officers therefore, a decision has been made to develop interactive dashboards to replace the InPhase system. This will incorporate automated data collection which will release resource so increase the efficiency and productivity across the organisation.

This extension will allow performance and risk reporting to continue while the new dashboard system is being developed.
