Purpose

The current Fire Alarm
Installation and Maintenance contract with TP Fire Limited (TPFL)
is set to expire. Several related contracts are ending
simultaneously, prompting a strategic review. The Council is
considering merging the Fire Safety Contract and the Door Entry
System Contract into a new "Fire, Safety and Security" contract. To
ensure service continuity and allow time for this review, a
twelve-month extension of the existing contract is
required.
