Supplementary Planning Document be adopted.

Agreed that authority be delegated to the Assistant Director
Planning, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Place, to
make non-material changes and corrections to the Supplementary
Planning Document, to address editorial, typographical and
grammatical errors, prior to the publication of the document.
