Purpose

To approve a 10% increase in fees for the
legal support to the Hemel Garden Communities programme.
Due to the complexities of the garden town programme with its
uniqueness of working across the three authorities and partner
organisations, some of the work streams within the overall scope of
works have evolved requiring more detailed legal advice and
guidance than originally anticipated. As a result, a budget uplift
is required to reflect the support required.
