Decision

Cabinet is recommended to:
 
1.Endorse the draft Hemel Garden Communities
Stewardship & Placemaking Supplementary Planning Document (SPD)
as set out in Appendices i and 1 to 3,
for the purposes of public consultation, and supporting Appendices
A, B and C.
 
2.Approve the draft Hemel Garden Communities
Stewardship & Placemaking Supplementary Document for public
consultation in accordance with Regulation 12 of the Town and
Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations
2012
.
3.Authorise the Strategic Director of Place and
Communities, to make minor amendments to the draft Supplementary
Planning Document prior to consultation, where such changes do not
materially alter its content; and approve the final consultation
materials and arrangements.
 
4.Note that a further report will be brought back to
Cabinet following the consultation period, setting out the
representations received and seeking approval to adopt the Hemel
Garden Communities Stewardship & Placemaking
Supplementary Planning
Document, subject to any amendments as a result of the
consultation.
