Decision

Cabinet is recommended to:
 
1.Endorse the draft Hemel Garden Communities
Framework and Transformation
Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) as set out in
Appendices i to xi for the purposes of
public consultation
 
2.Approve the draft Hemel Garden Communities
Framework and Transformation Supplementary Document for public
consultation in accordance with Regulation 12 of the Town and
Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations
2012.
 
3.Authorise the Strategic Director of Place
and Communities, to make minor amendments to the draft
Supplementary Planning Document prior to consultation, where such
changes do not materially alter its content; and approve the final
consultation materials and arrangements.
 
4.Note that a further report will be brought
back to Cabinet following the consultation period, setting out the
representations received and seeking approval to adopt the Hemel
Garden Communities Framework and Transformation Supplementary
Planning Document, subject to any amendments as a result of the
consultation.
