Decision

That Cabinet recommends Council:
 
RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND
 

1)    
Adopts the individual Long Marston,
Wilstone and Ringshall Conservation Area Character Appraisals
(CACAs) as:
 

a)    
Technical guidance for use in Development
Management and to inform the Dacorum Borough Local Plan, as
appropriate.
 

b)    
A material planning consideration for use
in the determination of planning applications and in the defence of
planning appeals.
 
 
2) That authority be delegated
to the Assistant Director Planning, in consultation with the
Portfolio Holder for Place, to make non-material changes and
corrections to the CACAs, to address editorial, typographical and
grammatical errors, prior to the publication of the
document.
