1. Approved the final preparation and implementation plan for the Tenancy Agreement, in readiness for the go-live date of 1 September 2026.
2. Noted the progress achieved since the Housing Overview & Scrutiny Committee meeting, including the completion of key actions arising from the extended review period.
3. Endorsed the revised timeline for the associated workstreams, including the Tenant Handbook redesign, policy updates, supporting digital content, Community Impact Assessment (CIA) refinement, and communications activity.
4. Supported the continuation of engagement/involvement activities with tenants, staff, and community partners to ensure the approach remains reflective of lived experience and frontline insight.
