Cabinet agreed:

1. That the Stewardship and Placemaking SPD be approved for adoption.
2. Authority be delegated to the Strategic Director, Place and Communities, to agree non-material changes to text, numbering and graphics, as required, and agree to formally adopt the SPD before the deadline for adoption of 30 June, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Place.
