Cabinet agreed:

  1. That the HGC Framework and Transformation SPD Part A be approved for adoption.
  2. That authority be delegated to the Strategic Director, Place and Communities, to agree non-material changes to text, numbering, graphics and format, where required, and adopt the SPD before the deadline of 30 June, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Place
