Decision

1. Cabinet approved the Local Plan Timetable included in Appendix 1 of this report.
2. Cabinet delegated authority to the Assistant Director for Planning for keeping the Local Plan Timetable up to date.
3. Cabinet approved the draft Notice of Intention to Commence work on the new Local Plan, included in Appendix 2 of this report.
4. Delegated authority to the Assistant Director for Planning, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Place, to approve material for, as well as undertake, a Scoping Consultation on the new Local Plan for a period of at least three weeks in September.
