RESOLVED TO RECOOMMEND
(1) Cabinet recommends to Council
that it adopts the Pay Policy for
2024/25 as set out in Appendix 1 to this report.
(2) Cabinet agreed
that any amendments to the Pay Policy throughout the financial year
2024/2025, which may be required as a
result of legislative changes, can be approved by the Chief
Executive in conjunction with the Council’s Monitoring
Officer.
