Purpose

The proposed contract extension will enable
continued delivery of HR and payroll systems for the Council.

Decision

To award the contract for the HR and Payroll
System (iTrent) for an extended period of 2 years, in line with the
extension clause as part of the existing contract. The new end date
of the contract will be 27 June 2026.
