Purpose

The Hemel Garden Communities programme
submitted a grant funding bid to Homes England to help accelerate
key areas of the programme, and the bid was successful. A Grant
Funding Agreement has been drafted setting out the workstreams,
milestones and outputs. Hemel Garden Communities Delivery Board met
on 14th December 2023 and endorsed the approach of the
agreement.

Decision

That the funding agreement for £190,000
be signed with Homes England to secure funding for the Hemel Garden
Communities project.
