Purpose

Following the recruitment process for the Head
of Service positions in Place, Communities and Enterprise, it was
not possible to appoint to the Head of Place and Enterprise. This
contract award is to ensure continuity of service and to ensure
there is resource to deliver the Place agenda

Decision

To award contract for Interim Head of Place
and Enterprise for a 6 month period to Altair Consultancy and
Advisory Services Ltd
