Purpose

 
The
Council intend to award a new 1-year contract through the Crown
Commercial Services Framework Agreement RM6232 to MITIE FM Ltd for
the provision of Facilities Management (FM) Services at the
Forum.

Decision:
Provide approval to
award a 1-year Contract to MITIE for the provision of FM Services
at the Forum.  This will
be a Direct Award of a new contract to MITIE through the Crown
Commercial Services Framework Agreement RM6232.
 
Reason:
To provide the
continuation of essential Facilities Management services for the
Forum on behalf of the Council for a year whilst a wider review is
of FM services is undertaken by an
appointed external consultant.
