Purpose

Decision: To designate the whole area of the
Berkhamsted Town Council area as the Berkhamsted Neighbourhood Plan
Area.
Under the relevant Regulations, Dacorum Borough Council (DBC) as
the Local Planning Authority (LPA) must approve area applications
submitted by Town/Parish Councils where the designation is for the
whole of its Town/Parish area.

To designate the whole area of the Berkhamsted
Town Council area as the Berkhamsted Neighbourhood Plan Area.
