Purpose

The Housing and Property Directorate is
currently going through a full service redesign and this interim
role is required during the transitional period, while new
arrangements are put in place.

Decision

To approve the extension of the current
arrangements for the Interim Assistant Director of Property
Services for a 6-month period from 1st October 2023 to the end of
March 2024.
