Leadership Development Programme to Vital Minds.

Alternative options considered

The Commissioning of this work follows on from
the successful Leadership Development that was carried out on the
top 3 tiers of management at the Council. To ensure a consistent
approach, it is proposed to continue to have this work delivered by
the same consultancy.
