Decision

Cabinet:

1. Approved that Hertfordshire Building Control Limited implement the requirements of the Building Safety Levy on behalf of Dacorum Bourgh Council and note the same for the other seven partner authorities;
2. Approved the passporting of £132,900 of new burdens funding to Hertfordshire Building Control Limited to implement and administer the Building Safety Levy requirements as set out in section 6.
3. Delegated authority to the Strategic Director of Corporate, Commercial and Transformation in her capacity as Shareholder Representative the Chief Finance Officer and Assistant Director of Legal, People and Democratic Services to enter into the formal agreements as required.
