1. Cabinet noted the 2025/26 Tenant Satisfaction Measures results.
2. Cabinet noted the areas of improvement and challenge identified through the results, particularly in relation to communication, trust, repairs experience and complaint handling.
3. Cabinet noted the Tenant Satisfaction Measures Success Roadmap and the planned quarterly monitoring through Housing Senior Leadership Team governance arrangements. PH, HOSCC & Cabinet will receive annual updates on the roadmap as part of the annual TSM report
